Principal Attorney
Kristian Chestnut founded the Chestnut Law Group, PLLC in 2008.
He is a former Assistant District Attorney in the State of New York and has extensive jury trial experience. Kristian also served as a Special Prosecutor for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County, Florida.
He has extensive experience communicating with federal and state law enforcement officers on behalf of his clients. It is a great advantage to have Kristian’s extensive experience defending you when accused of a crime or facing removal from the United States.
Kristian has also distinguished himself as a business immigration attorney. He has represented several world-renowned artists, athletes, corporations, entertainers, and investors regarding a wide range of immigration matters including lawful permanent residency (“green card”).
Kristian has extensive experience in sports and entertainment as a former employee working in the front office for the San Diego Padres. He has represented clients onsite at world renowned events such as the 2016 Rio Olympics, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and Bellator MMA.
